From the months of October to March, I desperately need my hot cocoa fix. As an adult, with my own money, I’ve decided to invest in cocoa bombs. And of course, I have to load up on the toppings. Crushed cookies, coconut, and some graham cracker bits make for a perfect sip.
I’m going to say something controversial. I like waffles more than pancakes. I’m going to say something even more controversial. I like both more than french toast. Don’t get me wrong, if it was up to me, I’d be enjoying all three at once, but I generally limit myself to one. While I was visiting some family, we went to an Italian restaurant. We were ordering dessert and I wanted to get tiramisu. My cousin was horrified and asked me why I wanted okra for dessert. I asked them what they were talking about and they explained how our mutual uncle told them that there was okra in tiramisu.
Let me take you back to a simpler time--a time when everyone was happy. Here at Maya Tea, one dish, in particular, embodies that feeling for us: a Frosted Pumpkin Roll. We knew that the black tea was amazing with milk, so we decided to take this tea further and make a new recipe. After complex scientific analysis (guess and check) we came up with something awesome: a Frosted Pumpkin Roll tea latte.
Every now and then, we take something amazing and make it perfect. We started with our fabulous ingredients waiting to be mixed together to make tasty holiday teas! But as we were designing the recipe, we wanted to do more. Because effervescence makes everything better, we were able to us that to make our Cranberry Cider Punch.

Even though we sell an amazing Earl Grey blend, we opted to use our Lady Earl Grey instead. So if you’re looking for a great starter recipe or an easy classic to get your day going, look no further.
