If you love the cozy warmth of chai but want to skip the caffeine, this Herbal Pumpkin Chai Latte is the perfect fall beverage. Made with Maya Tea's caffeine-free herbal blend, it captures the comforting flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon, and clove without the afternoon crash. Whether you're winding down in the evening or embracing a slow autumn morning, this soothing cup lets you enjoy all the flavor and comfort of chai any time of day.

You need:
- 2 cups of water
- 4 tbsp Maya Tea's Original Herbal Chai loose leaf blend
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 8 tsp of sugar
How to make it:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a low simmer and then add in 4 tbsp of Maya Tea's Original Herbal Chai loose leaf blend
- Steep for 8 minutes and stir occasionally
- Strain the tea and transfer it to a heat safe container
- Bring 2 cups of milk to a low simmer, add 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree, 2 tbsp of maple syrup, and 8 tsp of sugar
- Reduce on a low simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Store your pumpkin creamer in a heat safe container
- Fill a glass with ice, fill halfway with brewed original herbal chai, and top off with pumpkin creamer
- Add whipped cream and cinnamon for a little razzle dazzle
