Southwestern Avocado Dip
Mash 2 large avocados and combine with the juice of 1 lime, 1 cup of sour cream or Mexican crema, and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Add 1/2 a package of Southwestern Grill & Marinade mix (or more to taste). Cover and let sit for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips, firm veggies or other dippable snacks.

I used the southwest grill & marinade in a beef stir fry. I marinated the beef overnight using 1/2 the package. Used the remaining 1/2 package when I made cooked the veggies. Cooked the beef and added beef and veggies together. The marinade was fanatic. I am ordering more.
This marinade is so delicious and easy to make! I bought several pack of it just be sure I have plenty on hand.

I used a half pkt. of this on large shrimp and roasted in a 400*oven 6--8 minutes....was great! Served over garlic/ghee rice with various in-season veggies....a meal well worth repeating ad SO easy! A Company dish besides. Give her products a try........🥰
southwestern grill marinade The southwest marinade is wonderful.............I use red wine instead of lime juice for marinating a tri-tip to do on the grill. Because of the generous size of the herbs and spices in the mix a great, flavorful crust is created on the meat.
