Description
Preferred White Peony or Bai Mu Dan is a perfect balance of white tea buds and unfurling leaves. The ratio of silver needle buds to tea leaves is very high with the majority of the pluckings being two or three leaves and one bud. Our White Peony comes from Fuding County, renowned as the area where the very best white tea is produced. This Chinese white tea is made up of beautiful white buds and unfurling dark leaves with silver tips. The pale blond liquor exudes a slightly fruity flavor and a gentle grassy fragrance.
