Love this so much! The bergamot and vanilla really play up this black tea! None of the elements outshine the other and yet each has it's own moment in the flow, coming sweetly together in the end. I love how the flavors were not held back and is a new favorite!

When I first opened my bG of lady grey the most delightful aroma of fruit, flora and body met my nose. It was sweet but not overly so, I have never smelled anything like it before. When I brewed a cup it tasted just as it smelled, a perfect balance. Very feminine but not in the usual old lady lavender or rose way. I am more a fan of iced teas over hot teas and started experimenting with cold brews to discover that every cold brew method and strength yielded a bitter, nearly un drinkable result. It frustrated me because cold brewing was supposed to eliminate the bitter from a chilled hot tea. So I tried hot brewing then chilling which made a beautiful tasting, albeit cloudy, iced tea wich was most pleasant to drink. This floral citrusy tea reminds me of spring and would make a wonderful summer drink, though during the winter months when I received my bag
was like a subtle reminder that the chill would diss spear from my bones eventually. I became a bit obsessed with lady grey teas after tasting this tea and bought a few other brands only to be disappointed, the balance was completely off, too strong on the black tea part or bitter. The smell was not even as inticing. Maya Tea's blend of Lady Grey is the most superior blend I have tasted so far and for the price is pretty unbeatable! I recommend this tea to anyone I can get to listen to my obsessed ramblings. I always make sure I have enough on hand for when I need a bit of joy in a cup!
